Returnable ItemsItems that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.Items received in the incorrect size/color.Purchase must be above $100.00
Contact us as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.2. Are not above $100.00 worth of money.3. Items under the following categories: Sale and Jewelry are not covered by the warranty.
Note: All returns must be authorized by the Blue Treasure Team via the Support Center. Returned item without prior Blue Treasure acceptance e-mail will not be accepted.

If the item was acceptable we will send you a confirmation e-mail for return.Please return the item according to our instructions on the email.Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 30 days.

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs & AddressWe aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers.All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. The fee for this will be deducted from the final refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered method that is available.
