Products and availability

Product descriptions and prices are presented in good faith. Natural materials vary, and colors may appear different across screens. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the final price.

Orders

An inquiry or order request is not an acceptance. A contract is formed only after Blue Treasure confirms the order. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, or payment cannot be authorized.

Payment

Payment instructions are provided after availability and shipping are confirmed. Never send payment information by ordinary email. Any future online checkout will use a designated secure payment provider.

Shipping and returns
